Sam was fantastic to work with. The market is absolutely bonkers right now and he was on top of everything. My partner and I are first time home buyers so we had a ton of questions about each step and Sam always had answers for us. I was working with Sam on a transaction he represented the seller I represented the buyer.Sam was very professional and knowledgeable he worked on the transaction himself without a transaction coordinator no (TC), I happen to use a really good TC, however it was really nice to work with Sam he was very prompt with communication, contractual obligations and timelines. I look forward to closing another transaction with Sam in the future as a newer agent I was able to learn a lot from Sam.Miguel,
